Storm to drop 6-8 inches Monday

Winter Storm Watch just recently went out for all of southern Michigan. Looking for ranges of 4-5 inches during the day on Monday, tagging on an extra inch or two for the night. Models still thinking their own soulutions but enough is out there to confidently say that a good amount of snow will fall Monday. Total liquid precip range is in the .75″. However snow ratios will be lower than last storm that plowed through and we may get more wet snow then the fluffy stuff.

Still a slight risk we could see the dry slot here on the eastern side of Michigan. I think it may trek further south, but GFS still holds a solution north. Western Michigan says about 6-10 inches, and that could very well move to the east if things switch up. Will wait another day to hone in on accumulations, but I think 6-8 is a good bet.
