Cool weekend ahead

Despite almost a full week in the 70s, we could be back into the 50s by the weekend. Also to mention is the likelihood of some rain this week with a few rumbles of thunder.

Wednesday looks to be one of those days when a thunderstorm or two is likely. Storms are not expected to be severe, but should arrive after 2pm and linger for the evening. Thursday looks to be dry before a return of thunderstorms for Friday. Temps during this period look to hold in the mid 60s to 70s . A spot of 80 is also possible Wednesday. This weekend, after a cold front on Friday, temps look to cool down to the 50s. However, temperatures will rebound quickly into the 60s the beginning of next week with another chance of thunderstorms.
