Whats on the docket?

How about HEAVY RAIN!

Thursday we will get flooded with rain. With already soaked ground from earlier rain, this additional rain will puddle quickly and may cause some flooding. Flood watches are already out for counties expecting the most, and I would not be surprised to see these changed to warnings and maybe a flash flood warning here and there tomorrow. Thursday morning looks to be prime time as the main system moves through before a afternoon disturbance brings some more. Total rainfall could wind up to be in the 1-3 inch range. 1-3 inches, if this were snow, we could see roughly 10-30 inches of snow! Few embedded thunderstorms could be severe but I think most of that will stay south of us.

All of that mess moves out Friday as a High pressure area builds. This will bring us some dry and clear conditions for the weekend with temps in the upper 60s low 70s.

Stay safe, remember; ‘Turn around don’t drown’.
